Super Visa Application
Would you like your parents or grandparents to stay with you in Canada for extended periods without having to apply for a new visitor visa each time? The Super Visa is an ideal solution. At Saga Immigration, we specialize in helping families reunite for long-term visits by guiding sponsors and applicants through every step of the Super Visa process. With our support, your loved ones can enjoy multiple entries to Canada for up to 10 years and stay for up to two years per visit—significantly longer than a standard visitor visa allows.
What is the Super Visa?
Who is Eligible?
Eligibility for the Super Visa depends on both the sponsor (you) and the applicant (your parent or grandparent). Key requirements include:
The sponsor must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
The sponsor must meet or exceed the Low-Income Cut-Off (LICO) threshold based on family size
The applicant must provide proof of a valid medical insurance policy from a Canadian insurance company, with coverage of at least CAD 100,000 for a minimum of one year
The applicant must have a valid passport, pass a medical examination, and demonstrate their intention to leave Canada after their authorized stay
The application must include a signed invitation letter and documentation showing the relationship between sponsor and applicant
It’s important to note that Super Visa approvals are discretionary and depend heavily on the strength of your application. We help you present a complete, accurate, and persuasive submission that meets IRCC expectations.
What’s Included in Our Super Visa Support Package
Our service is designed to make the process straightforward and stress-free. Here's what we offer:

As licensed immigration professionals, we represent you before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), managing your application from submission to decision. We handle all correspondence, deadlines, and requests for further documentation.
